Wishing you a safe and healthy end to 2020 – Happy Holidays!

From the team here at WIRSOL, we would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! 2020 has certainly been challenging for everyone, but we’re proud of how our corner of this beautiful planet has responded to all its challenges! 

Our five Australian solar farms have been hard at work this year, and as at 22 Dec 2020, have collectively output over 575,000MWh of clean and sustainable energy into the National Electricity Market! This is the equivalent residential energy use of 90,000 homes and prevented an estimated 584,000 TCO2-e of greenhouse gases from entering the atmosphere.  

A big thank you to all our many partners in the industry in helping us achieve this. We’re hoping that everyone has a safe and restful break, and best wishes for the year to come!
